Our Cooking Methods
G.R. Catering has perfected the art of on site exhibition cooking on our very own patented Gourmet Rotisserie. The Gourmet Rotisserie cooks meats and other foods fresh on site; it is a mobile, smoke free, self-contained, highly versatile Rotisserie Oven which converts into an elegant carving station or steam table. The idea behind our design, was to create a portable kitchen which would allow us to produce the freshest possible meals for our clients from the Corporate Board Room, Company Picnic, Backyard BBQ to Elegant Wedding Receptions.
